What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.
An early or late check-out is subject to availability and a fee of $75 may apply.

Where do I park?

Off-site parking is available, parking fees are determined by the City of Rockford in conjunction with ABM Parking & Transportation Services. There are surface lots within walking distance, and limited street parking.

All ABM and city parking locations are PRE-PAY or CASHLESS only. For parking customer support, please visit ABM Parking & Transportation Services.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront. A non refundable pet fee applies: $75 for stays of 1–4 nights and $125 for stays of 5 nights or more. Guests may bring up to two pets, dogs or cats only, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs per pet.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms, balconies, or on the property?

No. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront is a non smoking property. A fee of up to $250 USD will be assessed for smoking in rooms or non designated areas. Please ask the Front Desk for the location of designated outdoor smoking areas.

How old do I have to be to book a room?

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a room.

Do you offer handicap accessible rooms?

Yes. We offer accessible guest rooms and strive to provide a comfortable stay for every guest. If you have questions about accessibility features or need to make a specific request, please contact the hotel directly and select the option to reach the Front Desk.

Do you offer any dining options onsite?

Yes. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront offers on site dining options open to both hotel guests and the public, including Culinary Underground, a restaurant and bar located on the lower level of the building, and The Top Rooftop Bar & Lounge, featuring panoramic views of downtown Rockford and the Rock River. In room dining is also available for guests who prefer to dine in their suite.

Does the hotel lock its doors at night?

Yes. For guest safety, hotel entry may be restricted overnight. Registered guests may access the hotel using their room key after hours.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast?

Yes. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront offers a free made to order breakfast served daily. Breakfast hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Is there an evening reception for guests?

Yes. Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary evening reception every day from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Do you have an indoor pool or fitness center?

Yes. The hotel features an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center, available to registered hotel guests.

Can I host a wedding, meeting, or special event at the hotel?

Yes. Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront is home to the Rockford Conference Center, offering over 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel hosts weddings, meetings, conferences, and social events, with on site catering and dedicated event planning support.
